Position Summary

This role will support the Global Supply Chain roadmap, identifying value creation and cost reduction opportunities. This position will also focus on simplification, harmonization and centralization in general within Supply Chain, with a focus around customer service.

 

Accountabilities

  • Develop & maintain a set of reporting and scorecards to monitor key performance indicators and major drivers for continuous improvements on this performance

  • Support the International Customer Supply Chain in harmonizing and simplifying processes, systems and metrics on International markets,

  • Lead or participate on regional and / or global Supply Chain projects,

  • Assist in developing global and regional initiatives in key processes identified to optimize customer service

  • Develop the regional roadmaps of initiatives that support the overall strategy,

  • Cooperate with other internal departments and countries ( f.e. UK, Korea, Germany and others) to implement new supply chain processes

  • Contribute to identify opportunities to improve Energizer's supply chain from a region and/or global standpoint resulting in improved service, improved cost to serve or other value creation,

  • Ensure continuous personal development with updating of knowledge about FMCG trends and competitors to prepare for next trends appropriate for Energizer's Supply Chain

     

Required Skills and Experience

  • /Minimum 2 – 3 years of professional experience in Supply Chain functions,/

  • Experience in participating to  / leading key projects in Supply Chain or Customer Service area,

  • Knowledge of Information Systems (e.g. SAP, JDA, BI) and proven expertise and experience in advanced analytics (BI, whatever the tools – reporting & scorecards development and implementation)

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills,

  • Results oriented – able to deliver results in the fast moving environment and adapt to change,

  • Fluency in English,

  • Strong computer skills required ( especially Excel),

  • Negotiation and influence skills,

  • Good communicator, independent and out of the box thinker
