We are looking to hire a responsible Project Coordinator to administer and organize a Logistic part of a major project
Key responsibilities will include working closely with the Senior Logistics Manager and the Project team ( internal and external) to prepare comprehensive action plan as well as performing various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling queries. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you will collaborate with external and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.
Principal Duties and Accountabilities
Monitoring of project actions and progress to target milestone dates, calling out risks to in time completion for action by project leadership
Planning, coordinating, and providing deliverables during each of the project phases (in cooperation within ENR and 3PL project team)
Creating, maintaining, and updating project documentation, plans and reports (incl. for example SOP’s)
Supporting timely delivery of agreed actions
Organization of meetings (and documenting their outcome)
Documenting project progress/agreements made
Support with data verification/ data crunching – as needed
Prepare project progress / status reports / GANTT charts.
Required Skills and Experience
Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
Communication and teamwork skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office
BSc in Business Administration or related field being an additional benefit
PMP / PRINCE2 certification would be a plus
