Position Summary

As our Receptionist you will provide optimal communication between the company's management team and other staff and external environment of the company and support the management team and the company's employees from the administrative and organizational.

 

Accountabilities

  • The clearance, sorting and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail and the internal messages

  • Transmitting and receiving national and international courier

  • Keeping a record of writings and the supervision of normal document flow

  • Adoption and care of Guests (restaurant reservations, trips, etc.)

  • Taking care of the office space, especially in the area of reception

  • Collaborate with Office service providers – making a selection, verification of the quality, together with the carrying out of negotiations and conditions of cooperation

  • Ordering office supplies

  • Create purchase orders (SRM/AFTER), communication with suppliers

  • Supervising of a cleaning company

  • Preparation of the corporate meetings, external and internal, conferences and training courses for employees of each Department

  • Support in organization of business travel for employees (airline tickets, rail, taxis, hotels, vehicle rental, Visa, etc.)

  • Support IT in the implementation of the it processes and issuing equipment company

     

     

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably within an international environment

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Fluency in English

  • Computer literacy (MS Office, SAP, SRM) and basic office equipment (fax, photocopier, printer, scanner, etc.)
