The Sales Analyst will be responsible for supporting the sales team in (traditional trade, modern trade in Poland) through creation and continuous development of the internal sales reporting system, internal and external market data analysis and financial reporting.
Providing sales reports on a daily basis
Providing KPIs realization reports for Key Account Managers, Area Sales Manager and Sales Representatives
Providing sales analysis and other sales related reports
Management of SFA system for Sales Representatives, cooperation with external SFA system provider
Searching for solutions to simplify SFA reporting system
Creating and updating databases (in Excel and SFA system)
Day to day support for Sales Director and Key Accounts Managers
Preparing presentations in Power Point
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Very good knowledge of MS Office is a must (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Word)
Very good level of English (both written and spoken)
Experience in analytics position
Knowledge of SQL and VBA is desirable
