Position Summary

The Sales Manager will be responsible for planning, directing and delivering commercial objectives for CIS Markets, (including P&L). Leading and partnering with the distributors across different markets is an important part of the role, and the successful candidate should have the ability to apply and implement our company's values, mission and vision.



  • Participate in the integrated Commercial Planning Process through developing accurate budgets and forecasts that support business growth

  • Oversees the Distribution and Key Accounts to ensure performance is in line with the business plans and objectives

  • Maximize return on invested capital by influencing the value chain from top to bottom

  • Manage and penetrate customers at all levels and develop relationships with commercial and non-commercial accounts that enable achievement of plans and objectives

  • Ensure the execution of plans via team while guiding Marketing/Trade/Supply chain team to bridge different departments under same goal

  • Coach the Distributors' sales team and provide on the job support in achieving sales target and compliance with the sales programs, policies and procedures

  • Perform all other duties as needed or required to maintain and grow profitable business

  • International travel will be required (up to 50%)


Required Skills and Experience

  • Extensive experience within Sales and Business Development

  • Knowledge of the FMCG market in Eastern Europe (Belarus, Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Kirgizstan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Mongolia)

  • Ability to identify and maximize opportunities within the industry

  • Experience of working with internal teams – Marketing, Category Management, Finance and Business Administration

  • Fluent in Polish, English and Russian

  • Degree or equivalent
