Position Summary

The Sr. Manager Supply Chain AutoCare, will lead the efforts to stabilize and grow the AutoCare business globally. The position holder will work closely with internal leadership and stake holder teams to drive improvements in service, processes, cost, forecasting and inventory positions, in alignment with Energizer’s corporate guidelines and strategy. This role will liaise across the AutoCare business as a direct representative of the ISC functions. The role will collaborate closely with the Segment Leader to help drive necessary improvements and stabilization of the business. The Sr. Manager will drive key insight and support the execution in identifying opportunities, looking for global stability, and ultimately developing and deploying global supply chain strategy. This role may lead select incremental initiatives across Global Supply Chain or GPS in general.

Accountabilities

The Sr. Manager Supply Chain AutoCare is accountable to

  • Drive stabilization of the business and help identify operational gaps inhibiting the company from reaching its service metrics

  • Execute the expansion plans of the International business

  • Drive the necessary cross functional improvement process and projects to support the growth plan of the AutoCare business

  • Represent the Global Product Supply organization within the GCLT driving the global growth strategy for the segment

  • Enhance the expansion and launch of ecommerce across targeted customers

  • Support the Supply Chain integration within new acquisitions

The Sr. Manager Supply Chain AutoCare role includes the following responsibilities:

  • Identify and drive the implementation of activities to improve Energizer’s supply chain from a regional and/or global standpoint resulting in improved service, improved costs and inventory positioning.

  • Lead or sponsor regional and / or global Supply Chain projects in accordance with the supply chain strategy and the corporate vision.

  • Drive improvements cross-functionally within ISC to improve the overall state of the business

  • Support the expansion and new launch of business and regions

Specific Accountabilities

  • This role has Regional and Global responsibility

  • Manager will be accountable for supporting the Segment Leader in developing and deploying the strategy well as sponsorship and leadership of various assigned projects.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 4 year degree required.

  • Proven track record of Management within Sales, or Supply chain functions.

  • Proven End to End Supply Chain acumen and understanding

  • Multicultural awareness & sensitivity

  • Strong customer service and cost optimization focus

  • Very good communicator (both written and verbal)

  • Able to work in and find opportunity in ambiguous situations/information

  • Strong strategic thinking capabilities

  • Able to hold self and others accountable – to take ownership of rapid change management

  • Results oriented – able to deliver results in the fast-moving environment

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Negotiation and influence skills

  • Cross-functional teamwork and leadership

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Self- starter – able to work on own initiative

  • Ideally, experience should have been gained in a consumer product environment, in a large multi-national company or major retailer

  • Strong awareness of trends & innovations in Customer Supply Chain practices

  • Strong knowledge of Supply Chain and associated systems (e.g. SAP, EDI)

  • Fluency in English
