Position Summary
As an intern in the marketing department at Energizer, you will be actively involved in day-to-day business and support the local team with exciting marketing and sales projects. Own, current projects round off your field of activity. We offer you the opportunity to get to know the full range of our marketing activities in the area of trade and consumer marketing as well as brand marketing and to actively participate. In this way, you can combine your theoretical knowledge with practice and gain valuable experience in a dynamic work environment. You report directly to the Brand Activation Manager for Poland.
Responsibilities
Support of the marketing department in Batteries and Lights categories
Contribute to the preparation and implementation of marketing and promotion plans for Poland
Creation of POS materials and trade materials
Visibility & display process management - display forecast consolidation, supplier management, monthly reporting
Social media
Collaboration with the local sales team
Coordination of agencies‘ and suppliers‘ work
Support in setting up the e-commerce area
Evaluation of competitive information
Data analysis
What we are looking for
Student or graduate of a business degree (bachelor's or master's), ideally with a focus on marketing
Initial experience (e.g. through internships) in the consumer goods industry is an advantage
Very good command of Polish and English spoken and written
Good knowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Strong analytical and communication skills
Team player and structured and responsible way of working
Proactivity
