Position Summary
As a Packaging Specialist you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the packaging development and new product introduction on EMEA markets. Manage projects of packaging optimisation and cost saving in multi-cultural and multi-functional environment.
Responsibilities
Co-ordinate the projects with the internal Energizer plants, with the external suppliers and/or the co-packers from the request to the implementation and follow until availability in the warehouse.
Manage the Feasibility Cost Requests related to batteries, chargers and flashlights to answer to the European Brand marketing and/or the local marketing all the information about feasibility, costs and leadtime.
Leading cost improvement projects and supporting quality projects.
Support insubjects of environmental and health and safety standards and legislation
What we are looking for
Experience in packaging development and project management, ideally in FMCG environment (>3 years)
Packaging and printing technology knowledge will be a plus.
Good skills in MS Office (especially Excel) & SAP knowledge will be an advantage.
Fluent in English
Qualified bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, graduated with packaging/printing/material background or project management is highly desirable.
