Position Summary

This position is responsible for assisting in the FP&A deliverables for a Trade Group. In addition, the Financial Analyst, will be a process & systems SME and assist in the transfer of knowledge Finance. Key Result Areas include delivering the analysis and insight on the financial performance and outlook for the Trade Group.

Responsibilities

Specific Accountabilities

• Provide financial and business analysis across multiple markets in the trade group

• Deliver foundational financial reporting to support TG Geo Markets & Clusters

• Analyse monthly Commercial forecast in collaboration with the GEO finance team

• Deliver A&P financial process and analysis for TG

• Delivery SG&A financial process and analysis for TG

• Develop and maintain financial tools and reporting systems to support the commercial planning and forecasting efforts. Be an SME for TG Finance

• Deploy process improvements, leverage automation

• Provide financial and business analysis across multiple markets in the trade group

• Support the GEO finance teams in creation of decision support to Commercial Teams to help optimize Energizer’s sales and profit growth

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

• Min 2-3 years business experience

• Open, direct, and respectful communication style with excellent oral and written communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and changing environment, delivering quality output while adhering to tight deadlines

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP.

• Excellent written and oral skills

• Proficiency in English language skills (written and oral communication).
