Position Summary

Responsibility for the day-to-day technical and administrative data entry and information and website storage and maintenance. The role will cover Energizer’s complete portfolio of auto care products.

Accountabilities

  • Data Entry for chemical and product registrations

  • Safety datasheet development

  • Reviewing product and packaging safety and regulatory marking against checklist

  • Develop and maintain technical and safety documents in online databases

  • Reporting information to cross functional business partners

Specific Accountabilities

  • Safety datasheet creation and online portal entry

  • Researching regulatory requirements

  • Data entry, modification, and maintenance of database for product information

  • WERCs administrator for retailers

  • ChemDox software entry of formulas for the purpose of creating global safety datasheets including bi-monthly software update

  • Complete registration forms

  • Chemical advice to Research and Development during product formulation

  • Transportation, storage, and hazardous classification

Required Skills and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent with emphasis in administrative, business

  • 2+ years of experience in similar positions

  • Creative thinker

  • Ability to quickly shift priorities and daily focus

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities

  • Attention to detail

  • Self-motivated

  • Team player

  • Ability to apply general guidance to varied situations

  • Excellent communication both verbal and written

  • Microsoft Office suite

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Knowledge of SAP

  • WERCs experience

  • ChemDox or SDS software programs experience

Working Relationships & Environment

Working Relationships

  • Reports to Manager of Regulatory Affairs

  • Key relationships internally will include Regulatory Affairs, Research and Development and Legal

  • External engagement with consultants and service providers

Work Environment

  • Work schedule may extend before/after typical working times due to time zone(s).

  • Possible hybrid of office and home

  • Possible travel 1-2 times per year
